We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection laws.

All-inkl processes personal data on our behalf (e.g., server log files) based on a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Server Log Files

When you visit our website, All-inkl automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits to us:

  • Date and time of access

  • Requested URL

  • Referrer URL

  • Browser type and version

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in ensuring technical functionality and security.
Log files are deleted after 7 days.

6. Embedded Content (YouTube & Instagram)

We embed videos from YouTube and content from Instagram.
When you visit a page containing such embedded content, your browser may directly connect to servers of the respective provider:

  • May transfer data to the USA

  • We use YouTube in “privacy-enhanced mode” where possible

Until a consent tool is implemented, embeds load only if technically allowed without tracking cookies. If not, you must use a preview placeholder (I can create text for this if needed).

7. Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts locally hosted on our server.
This means no data is transmitted to Google.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in a consistent and secure website design.

8. No Analytics Tools Used

We currently do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking or analytics tools.

9. Data Processing by Third Parties

We only transfer data to third parties when necessary for:

  • Website hosting and security

  • Operating specific website features

  • Compliance with legal obligations

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or to comply with legal retention obligations (e.g., §147 AO, §257 HGB).
