SV ODD & The Oddcyclers

The Crew

Duca and Roberta (from Brazil) took a sabbatical in 2016 during which they came to the conclusion that it was time to put their hearts fully towards their dream project. They called it “Odd Life Crafting”, the mother project of various adventures that they dreamt of making come true.

First, they built themselves a tiny house from an old shipping container – without prior experience. They used this project as a training phase to prepare for the next step: to buy a sailboat.

They love to take life the “Odd way” and decided to make this one a challenge, too. They fell in love with a steel sailboat, neglected for more than 22 years. Over the time span of two years, they transformed it into a beautiful home and safe ocean vessel. They just started exploring the Brazilian coast, their own “backyard”.
