The days here in Northern Germany are starting to get shorter again and the weather is grey and gloomy. Time to brighten up the mood. We would like to invite you to dive into a ocean of aromas.
The team of the VISCVLE kitchen & bar have created a maritime 4-course dinner menu with special treats from regional coasts like wild mussels and oysters. The seafood-specialist Alex from the Matilda Restaurant Fjällbakka in Sweden will create culinary waves of cod, algae and fish roe. Even for desert we keep it oceanic: a little surprise with sea salt awaits you.
The price for this exquisite fundraiser-dinner is 79,90 €. A bit on the salty side? Well, this yummy event reaches way more than just your taste buds: almost half of the fundraiser ticket will be funding our upcoming ocean plastic recycling projects next year.
